‘Dream a dream of me’, a solo presentation by visual artist Thando Sikawuti (ZA/NO), accompanied by a text by Nkule Mabaso.

Thando Sikawuti (b. 1984) is an Oslo-based South African visual artist, working across mediums, from photography, video, installations and sculpture. His work takes departure in his understanding of nature and, through that, he explores themes of identity, race, and systemic inequality. Sikawuti`s work is centred around photography, and through play and other materialities, his practice transgresses its conventional meaning and carries imprints of memories and histories.
